i want to thank all of you who have held my hand (thus preventing me taking up a hammer to tank) throughout my enless doubts and frustration of fishless cycling. I imagine it's a bit like childbirth, at the time you say "never again" but in future and hopefully with filter full of bacteria i would sit it out again, knowing a bit more of what to expect. I hope i'm not being too premature here on only second full day of having fish in, but the water seems to be ok so far, just need to sort the heater calibration out, so still a bit fingers crossed but looking good.
