if you want to hatch brine shrimp i sugest you buy the black circular hatchers. no air needed, no heat needed, just add water, salt and eggs, and preferably somewhere warm and where it will get some light. i put mine on top of my tank that is always warm from the tank lights, and gets daylight from the window.
after 24 to 36 hours you will have thousands of shrimp. you can harvest every few hours up to about six times, kept my 150 guppies fed for a few days.
by the way it makes no difference whatsoever what salt you use, i have used all, table, sea salt and rock salt and never any difference in quanty. i was lucky and got mine for £12 from amazon but they are about £20 and worth every penny.
