Bracknell Aquarist Society - New Member? [missing Post(s) In Thread]

Hi Folks,

Yesterday was Bracknell Aquarist Society's first meeting of the year. And we may have a new member if she chooses to join us. I'm talking about @Littlefish with whom I had the pleasure to meet in person yesterday evening. How lovely it was to meet you @Littlefish! I do hope you decide to join us. I think you really captured the interest of other members when you gave us details of your river tank and its inhabitants.

There was good attendance last night (ten of us in total by my counting).

I've just realized that here I am trying to preserve anonymity when I don't need to do so. As anyone can see from the Profile of @Littlefish, I am free to use her real name, Donna. Ah, that feels better! 

I like your term, @Robert, meeting in 3D. Must remember that.

I am happy for people to call me Donna or Littlefish. As I explained to the people I met last night, I'm short and my surname is Fish = Littlefish.
I had a great time at the meeting, and it was awesome to meet you @jaypeecee along with your other half, and the rest of the group.
Not only is it good to move to an area that has an active fish club, but there is something quite comforting about knowing that I'm not the only person in the room who has so many fish photos on their phone.  The group were very friendly, and seemed happy to share their fish pics. 
I will be back again next month, and I'm looking forward to all the talks on the different topics that were discussed last night.
I am was also comforted by the fact that I wasn't the person with the most tanks. For those of you on the forum that have been with me on my journey through the past few years of MTS, I'd just like to point out that a lot the people I met last night had fish houses. 
See, I'm not that weird after all.
