It doesn't actually list the ingredients in the link. The SDS sheet only mentions ammonia, but a lot of SDS only mention the 'nasty' things in a product. But the website does have a 'contact us' section.

I notice it says 5 to 9.5 % but the website says 9.5% so if you do use it, add enough for a 9.5% solution, then test ammonia half an hour later to check, and possibly add more.
