Post by: Carmelita Jollimore on April 18, 2014, 01:27:45 PM
HI from Canada  NS  :)   just wanted to introduce myself .My name is Melita  i have keep fish for many years  started when my children were home  then  quit for time  .
When my friend was moving across country she wanted to find a home for her fish  so i took them   two of them were red blood parrots my first  cichlids   .
 Right now i have three aquariums  a 40 gallon a 55 gallon and a 110gallon
40 has 1 angel two Pecos  few Cory. 55 has  African  mbuma lake Malawi .
The 110 is planted with 12 rummy nose and some Cory right now, planing on adding some dwarf cichlid
thinking  Blue Acara   , flag   , Kribensis and some Gourmi  .

Hi Melita

That's a nice mixture of fish you have  :D. How do you cope with three large tanks? I have 2 small ones and a 50-ish gallon - I'm not sure I could cope with larger!

Will i did have discus i found those a bit  demanding so i sold them that's  why my large tanks i not filled.
I don't find it to hard i actually enjoy working on my tanks but the water change on discus was bit to demanding for me and if i could not keep it up figured i best  not do discus but man they were awesome .
