The Leddy Smart 2 light is a clip-on light designed for smaller aquariums, with glass up to 4 mm thick. It comes in two types, Sunny and Plant, and in two colours, black and white.

Both are 6 watt power but the difference is in the spectrum.
The Sunny is 600 lumens with a K rating of 6500 while the Plant is 450 lumens with a K rating of 8000.
The website doesn't show the spectra of the lights but the package does. I have attached an image of the box showing the spectra.
Sunny has a spike in the blue region and a broad hump from green through yellow and orange to red.
Plant has two spikes, one in the blue region, one in the red region and a broad hump from green through yellow to orange.

I have a Aqua One Aqua Space tank which nominally holds 32 litres but in fact holds 26 litres. When I bought it, mine was called the Aqua Space 32, the more recent versions are different sizes but the shape is the same.

This tank came with a clip-on LED light with just white LEDs but the plug/transformer came apart so I had to replace it. The plants in the tank are just Java fern and bolbitis, both attached to wood, and water sprite as a floating plant. Under the original light, the plants grew quite well. The replacement, a Hidom, had both white and blue LEDs and the plants were failing to thrive. The water sprite died.

My new Leddy Smart 2 Plant has red, white and blue LEDs, and plants need both red and blue light to thrive. All the plants in the tank are now thriving. Water sprite is growing bigger by the day and its roots now almost reach the bottom of the tank. Even Brazilian pennywort used as a floating plant is doing well.

For use with a small planted tank, I can recommend the Aquael Leddy Smart 2 Plant light.
