Title: Jack (rabbit)
Post by: Paddyc on March 09, 2016, 09:42:18 PM
There hasn't been any activity here for a wee while and I'm at a wee bit of a loose end tonight so I would like to introduce our 3 year-old Dwarf Lop rabbit, Jack

He enjoys rabbit nuggets, spinach, brocolli, sitting in plant pots and (when in season) my right forearm....  :-\

Friskiness aside, he is a great little character. When we are lucky enough to get to enjoy the better weather and sit out in the garden, he loves to sit under our chairs like a small dog. He can't resist trying to trip you up when you're hanging out the washing, either.

We had a rabbit when Dan was younger. It was a house rabbit and was deeply in love with our poor cat, it was unreciprocated however  ::)

I had a big albino rabbit called Rambo when I was in my teens. He was quite big.
Many years later, when I bought my first house, I got 2 cats from the rescue centre. I can't imagine that they would have got on at all well with such a big, boisterous rabbit.

I am chuckling t the thought of your rabbit following the cat around all day. Cats tend to have quite a dismissive look at the best of times.  :)
