Stocking Fillers Err I Mean Choice?

So tanks is 4'L  x 18"W x 15" H, 232 L so lets say 216L? this is my stocking choice, unless of course you know otherwise     (ignore the Ph variations i shall be questioning Lfs on that)
11 Congo Tetras
6 Large Raibow fish maybe Banded
8 Corys maybe Bandit
12 zebra Danios
Aqua advisor say i'm 81% stocked Here says i am 51% Looks awful lot to me? Oh and here says the Rainbows are too large to be kept with Corys, can you tell me why??
