how often should I feed live food to my tropical fresh water fish I have a 350 ltr community set up.

One, maybe two feeds a week. There is not as much nutritional value in live food as in flake/pellets, though the fish love it.

Frozen live food is safer than alive live food, if you see what I mean. Freezing kills anything nasty that could be in with the food.
