Would these fish be compatible with my WCMM?

Both species need the same sized tank - 60cm long minimum - both need the same pH and hardness.
But where they differ is in the temperature they need. WWCM prefer the range 14 to 22 oC while kribs need 24 to 27. There is no overlap between these two ranges, so I'd have to say no.

What fish would you recommend that are compatible with minnows? I have an 80cm long tank.

Thanks.

Look at barbs - many of them like cooler temperatures. Also quite a few of the Corydora catfish like cooler temps too. Panda Cories spring to mind.

Thanks Colin. I did look at barbs and quite like the tiger or odessa one's, just wasn't sure if they would be aggressive towards my minnows and how many to get?

Odessas are very peaceful, but they're a shoaling species so 6 is considered the minimum (but I'm not sure why!)

Tigers have a bad rep, but they're a shoaling species with a strict hierarchy and need a shoal or they will pick on other fish - especially slow moving ones with fancy fins. I've seen it said that 8 to 10 are needed but I don't have them and, like any other fish, they'll all have different temperaments.

Golden barbs also like cooler water.

Got four panda cory's today, but while I was looking around at all the other fish I seen a pair of Kribs that must have literally just had fry. Was really cool to see them both guarding their young.
