My Big Momma Cherry Shrimp Has Died.

I had a huge female cherry shrimp in my shrimpery until this morning. She laid her eggs yesterday and then was acting a little oddly, she wasn't trying to eat which is unusual for her. When I checked the tank this morning she was dead. I checked the water and it's absolutely normal, the other shrimp are fine as are the baby celebes. Do you think it was old age? 

The others are absolutely fine so far. She last moulted about 3 weeks ago, I know it was her casing because it was so big, she was twice the size of my other shrimp. Just one of those things I guess, thanks for the reassurance Sue
