Title: Assassin snails & RCS
Post by: Rustle on May 31, 2018, 12:30:07 PM
Just a quick question will a assassin snails go after my RCS.  I have tangerines in my main tank and they seem ok but I have read elsewhere they will go after RCS

I keep Assasins with RCS and have never seen anything untoward.

I can't imagine they would be that picky between tangerines and rcs... if they were going to eat shrimp they would have done it by now!

Well i am not sure they haven't in the main tank as i have so many tangerines breeding like mad, but i can say i have never seen them attack any tho & i also have lots of assassin's aswell due to them breeding.

I asked because i read somewhere that red cherry's were not as clever as the other shrimp and also saw a video of an assassin attacking a red cherry. but i guess that may have been a sick shrimp.

Thanks matt much appreciated  :)
