Title: A must-see..... What do you think?

This appeared on my facebook page and I just had to share it with you all and would love to hear your comments. (I didnt put it in the gallery as its not my tank but thought its well worth chatting about!)

My opinion? I dont think I would ever get any sleep  ;D

WOW that's amazing, not sure about the practical side of caring for it but what a way to fall asleep  ::)

Quite amazing.  You would have to have 110% confidence in the materials used to build that. I think I would be very nervous laying down under it though.

That looks very nice. I bet it's a nightmare to clean though. I wonder if this is in a bungalow? I wouldn't want all that weight in a first floor bedroom!

Not a very practical idea, but it's certainly grabbed attention around the world. It was made as a display for a large furniture store in the US, by 'Acrylic Aquarium Manufactures Inc' from North Carolina. The lamps are moulded acrylic and the lampshades are frosted glass with LED lights.

It can be purchased for $11,000, but that wouldn't get anywhere near the cost of the attached bedroom image.

Not sure I would sleep with a fish tank in my bedroom. Though I suppose if the lights were off it'd be ok. I wouldn't be able to see aanything without my glasses.

I wouldn't want to sleep under an acrylic tank thouh. Especially now that it has been suggested that degredation of the acrylic might be one of the contributary factors for that huge tank in the Shanghai shopping mall dailing.

That aquatic bird thing is just a bit wierd.
