Have a female gourami that I've re-homed. Currently in quarantine tank and all seems ok, was looking at adding her into my main tank but not sure if she would eat the baby kribs currently in there or my neons for that matter.

It depends which gourami it is. Some are much bigger than others, although none are generally considered as a threat to small fish.

Was sold to the person as a blue gourami.

Blue is usually one of the colour morphs of the three spot gourami (http://www.thinkfish.co.uk/fish/three-spot-gourami.html) though there is also a blue version of dwarf gourami.
If she is a three spot, she may try to eat the krib fry but the krib parents should be able to defend them.
