Well of my four minnows at least 2 possibly three look massive. I hope it's eggs not illness but tank mates are all doing great and water chemistry is spot on.
I know if they are pregnant the eggs are not likely to last but is there anything I can do for the ladies ???

First, look down on them from above. Are their scales lying flat against their bodies or sticking out like a pine cone?
If they are flat, the females are just carrying eggs or they've grossly overeaten. If it is eggs, they should expel them before long, and if it is overeating the largeness should go down.
But if the scales are sticking out, that's dropsy, which is a symptom of several diseases.
Are the affected fish eating normally? Sick fish usually go off their food so being gluttons would indicate they are not sick.

Yes they are eating as normal and have no signs of illness.
Will keep an eye on them, they are very greedy fish so they might just have overeaten. If not I won't need to feed the fish for a couple of days as they will have the eggs to chow down on I guess.

All well in the tank. Fish are very happy and the minnows looking a little smaller but still on the larger side. Definitely carrying eggs so I'm not worried.
