Upside-down Catfish with Peppered Corys?

Just a quick one to see whether people think an Upside-down Catfish (Synodontis nigriventris) would be ok kept with Peppered Corys (Corydoras paleatus, not Salt & Pepper Corys)?

In the community creator I've had to substitute Panda Corys for Peppered and it does state that the upside-down catfish are too large to be kept with them, however Peppered are obviously a little larger.

Seriously Fish says it is one of the most gentle members of the genus Syndontis. It's recommended tankmates for S. nigriventris include African tetras and dwarf cichlids such as kribs. (African tetras and cichlids because the upside down catfish is from Africa). If it's OK with those fish, it should be OK with the larger cories.

Don't forget that Upside down cats like things to rest underneath e.g. broad-leaved plants or bogwwod etc.

If the upside down catfish you want is Synodontis nigriventris, SF recommends a group of at least 3 or 4.

That might scupper my plans - I hadn't checked SF as of yet admittedly, I'd just been looking at the profile on here which doesn't mention any need to keep them in groups. I haven't really got the stocking capacity for a number of them :(
