Problems With Seriously Fish Profiles October 2017. Now Fixed.

If anyone has tried to look up a species on Seriously Fish in the last few days, you will have found a page with pictures but no text. There is a way round this - long winded but at least we can see the text.
 
For example, neon tetras.

The solution is to use Wayback Machine

Load the profile in SF then copy the url (address). Then paste the url into Wayback Machine's search box and click browse history. Then click on a blue circle in the calendar (I have just used 11 October 2017 for neon tetras) and you'll find the profile complete with text, though it can be slow to load.

Hopefully SF will be sorted soon, but at least we can still access their fish profiles this way.

The text in the profiles reappeared overnight. But I will leave this thread here in case it ever happens again.

When I turned my laptop on this morning I'd had a message from someone on the other forum I use saying the profiles were working again. He is Canadian, so he'll have found they were back while I was asleep 
This is the real expert on that forum who also writes for SF so he had contacted them about the problem. But he did not know about Wayback Machine till I mentioned it on there
