Are plastic plants o k in an tropical tank, my live plants keep dying nd I am getting fed up with keep spending money and than they die.

Plastic and silk plants are fine - silk can look more realistic.
What real plants are you trying? I ask because I'm someone who can't keep most plants alive, though I can grow java fern and anubias. I have java fern growing on my decor and also silk plants for height and variety. Live plants do have benefits in a tank so if you could manage to keep java fern alive, it would be a bonus. Java fern has to be grown on decor as the roots rot if planted in gravel/sand.

Thanks for the advice, I do have fern and will get some Anubis, and will have a mixture of real and plastic or silk plants :)
