It depends what you mean by talking catfish. Planetcatfish lists 14, ranging from a 90cm monster down to 7.5cm. Of the 5 listed on Seriously Fish, there are warnings on all but one that they will eat small fish - your harlequins, for example. Amblydoras nauticus, the marbled talking catfish, only eats very small fish, but should be kept in a group of at least three.
The species given in the database on here, Platydoras costatus, is on planetcatfish as striped dora, but under 'general remarks' it does mention them being talking catfish. It's not on Seriously Fish.

Yes, some of these fish would fit in your tank, but check on which species it actually is before buying. Then research it before you buy or you may find you get up one day to find only one fish in your tank.

I've just entered your tank in the Community Creator. Since I don't know how tall you tank is or what kind of filter you have, I entered 150 litre and internal filter. You may well have an external, and your tank maybe taller than the 15 inches I used to work out the volume.

For some reason, corydoras have vanished from the fish database. Albinos used to be under the terms 'corydoras' as most of the larger ones have the same requirements. So I had to enter panda cories instead, and 8 since they are smaller than albinos.

So the Community Creator says:
If your tank really is 150 litres, it would be overstocked with the talking catfish. If the tank is bigger, it should be OK.
But it also warns against having a Platydoras costatus with tiger barbs, and harlequins. (It also says not to be kept with panda cories, but your albinos and bigger and could be OK)
