Hopefully i've got it right this time. I finally managed to get a photo and some footage of one of the medium sized fry. Ironically I had just put the phone down and the little thing swam back and forth across the front of the tank and by the time I'd got the phone out again it was having another prolonged period of rest ::)

Adorable. This has been a big day for ooo-ing and aah-ing, having seen some newly-hatched ducks, a newly-hatched swan and a newly-hatched moorhen this morning, and now this wee cutie pygmy cory.

Soooooooooo cute. ;D

They are really sweet at this stage. It will soon change its stripes; I couldn't believe how fast mine went from vertical to horizontal stripes. You realise that you now have to spend every spare minute by the tank just so you can photograph the change ;D

The biggest one is changing from banded to striped, I saw it last night. They're surprisingly hard to spot against the dark substrate, especially the really teeny newly hatched ones. I'm still not sure exactly how many have made it yet!

It's difficult enough with pepper cory fry, so pygmy cory fry must be impossible to count and keep track of.
;D

You're having better luck than me
