Hi Resa,

Thanks for the comment. I use a bridge camera for the pics, seems to do a good job however takes alot of playing about with on Paint to get the KB size down to less than 700. More pics to follow as they settle in!! Also will post some of the Endlers in the Aquanano 40 - 55L when they stay still long enough!

Hi All,

Ive attached a pic of my whole setup :) I plan to add 3 more glass catfish to boot their group size to 6 next weekend and possibly add some cories to have a little bit more movement around the substrate. Any ideas for stocking/planting etc please feel free to comment :)

More pics to come as and when the fish stay still long enough! :p

Update to the tank today:

Added 3 more glass catfish bringing the group size up to 6 now, hopefully will see them a little bit more as they gain some confidence :)and bought 2 asassin snails too.

The pants are growing nicely and algae is reducing which is always a bonus!

That tank looks really good, Daniel.

My only comment would be about the Amazon Swords. I (foolishly) had one in my 40cm cube and it grew too big after about 4 months..... so I pulled it out! The root system was huge and disrupted most of my gravel, cusing chaos with everything else. Just a thought :)

Hi Colin,

Thank you for the comment,

I also had a similar experience. The Amazon Sword (far right) was in a 40L tank and like yours over grew. When I took it out to put it in the 200L tank I also made a big mess too. The root system spread to most corners in the tank!

Im hoping so get a better view of my glass catfish using the LED.

I love the Blue LED effect. What to the fish make of it? (Though that might be a bit difficult to tell ;D)

What to the fish make of it?

Well I asked each one in turn for their opinion ..... :p

The main difference I see is the glass catfish come out! :D The photo doesn't show it but the ripple effect from the water movement looks awsome under the LED's

Hi All,

Exiting day today, spent over an hour at mha and only noticed the time when they started turing lights off and shutting the doors :p woops however I did make some purchases which means more photos to follow soon!

I bought 6 dwarf gouramies (red/blue colour) and 1 ghost knife fish.

Before anyone panics I am fully aware that the ghost will grow to arround 50cm and do plan within the next couple of years to have a 6-8ft tank to home it in (if it hopefully lasts that long) I say 'it' cause I have no idea if it's a he or she?

My glass catfish look rather confused seeing a 'similar' black version of them swimming about :)

The tank overall is looking very healthy and balanced and im not planning on adding any more fish now.

Pics to follow soon!
