Lighting for freshwater planted aquarium

Hi guys,
I have had my tank for a few weeks now, but I want to change the light that came with the tank. It runs fairly hot and I think it is messing with the temp of my tank...

I would like a light which had Moon simulation capabilities but runs fairly cool (LEDs?), Can anyone suggest a particular brand?

Tank: Aquael Econoline 70 Rectangle Aquarium
The bulb is a 24w T5 light.

Thanks.
