Condensation in heater

I have a 200w Aquatropic heater which is only a couple of weeks old and there is condensation in the upper part of it, the temperature setting scale area. I rang the shop I bought it from and they said that condensation can occur and as the heater  is working OK just to keep an eye on it, is this true or should I get it replaced.

In the instruction leaflet that came with my heater (Interpet) it specifically mentioned that it's common to see condensation on the inside.

Other heaters may differ though.

I've had condensation in mine before now with no problems, several different makes.

I've got condensation in one of my heaters and it works ok. Just in case though always unplug it before you stick your hand in.
