Power cut battery pump

As a pessimist i like to be prepared for as many disasters as possible, so in the event of a not too long, power cut ( we do get em now and then) id like to have a battery powered pump to keep water moving ( i believe that is required) can anyone tell me what size/watt/volt? i would need for a 260L tank.

i dont think you will find one that size they are basically
there to aerate the water so it keeps the oxygen content
up i would look for something like this
