I'd like to add some plants to the tank, but would prefer to have then in pots (not the plastic things they come in) so i can take them out if needed.
Has anyone done this and have some suggestions as to where i can get some suitable pots and plants that would be OK for this.
Thanks.

Lots of places sell plants in pots.

Personally, I will always remove mine from the pot and plant directly into the substrate because otherwise the roots can, sometimes, become a bit pot-bound.
However, if you want the flexibility of being able to move plants around, these should prove a good solution.

Anyone used this lot ?

my LFS doesn't really have that great a selection of plants, so would possibly be looking to go to an online supplier.

I've bought Fertiliser (TNC Complete) from aquariumgardens.co.uk
Fast delivery, good product so no complaints, but I haven't bought plants from them.
I've bought plants from https://www.plantsalive.co.uk/ and would be happy to recommend them.

I've bought some plants from aquarium gardens but still waiting on delivery. Ordered Monday, ordered plants on rock/logs.

I have plants in terracotta pots in my shrimpery and they work very well.
I have also used aquarium gardens and find their products to be excellent. The parcels always arrive on time and are very well packaged.
In fact, I ordered some nerite snails a couple of years ago. They were so well packaged that I couldn't find them for ages! I put them in the tank and they started moving straight away and are still going strong.
Likewise with the plants – easy to add to the tank and (if you've chosen correctly for your lighting conditions, etc.) strong and robust.
Hope that helps,
