Can anyone recommend an online aquatic plant shop that deliver ?
I'm fed up trying to find ones I like in the shops.
And how long can they stay in the packet before they die off ( as I work )

I have shopped at Aqua Essentials several times.

They have a good selection of plants, the packaging for delivery is very good, and the plants will happily spend a couple of days in the packaging, so no need to worry about not being at home for delivery.

I've used both Aquarium Gardens and Aqua Essentials and prefer the former for reasons I've mentioned in another post - can't link to it just now as sending this from my phone but will do so in the morn.
How long they survive in the packaging also depends on the weather - one of my packages arrived during a very hot week which may be one of the reasons for why it hasn't done so well. For that reason, I would avoid placing an order when there's an imminent heatwave.

Yes I've been looking at Aqua essentials
As they have a good selection with some info about the plant . Like the look of Altetnanthera liliacina it's a nice red one . Can anyone recommend any easy to grow in just stone substrate or to attach to my bogwood some red/ purple leaves. I really like that colour .

A more subtle colour might be this one http://www.aquariumgardens.co.uk/lagenandra-meeboldii-red-1762-p.asp but, like you, I think the red shades are nice as an alternative or contrast to the usual green in an aquarium.
As for how they grow, I'm afraid I'm very under-qualified/inexperienced to make suggestions, other than the descriptions of the plants on the websites. I believe ludwigia palustris is supposed to be one of the easiest red pants to grow - but I can't say I've experienced need it myself.
