Just wondering which liquid fertilisers you guys n gals rate most highly...?

I have TNC Lite and TNC Complete (plus TNC Carbon) already, but can't help noticing that these guys never figure highly in group tests/reviews...

Still having on-going issues at the moment and part of me is wondering if there are better fertiliser choices than the TNC stuff...

I use Easylife Profito and supplement this with Easylife Ferro. I dose daily.
I also use EasyCarbo at double dose usually unless I have a “massive” cutback of the plants. This does contribute to keeping algae at bay.

I use Seachem Flourish, the one with nothing else in the name. It contains almost all of the trace elements aquatic plants need, unlike some other makes which contain fewer minerals. But it does not contain the macro elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Since my tank is quite heavily stocked, and my plants slow growing, the fish/fish food provide enough NPK, and I use a reduced dose of Flourish.

Sounds like Seachem Flourish is the same sort of thing as TNC Lite, by virtue of not having the NPK as part of the make up...  Probably better though, I shouldn't wonder, and this is one that regularly features at the top in group tests etc...

The Aquascaper Complete Liquid Plant Food is one that crops up a few times as being of a super high standard and I may well actually give this one a try...

I don't know anything about the Easylife stuff, but it sounds like it's working a treat for you Dave...

Thanks for all the replies folks...  :)

Sorry im a bit late to the party but... good choice! A single product only to dose with everything you need in the right quantities! Makes life a lot easier! Hope it helps with your algae!
