Hi all
I need the buy some new fertiliser for my tank. I've had some ferts for quite a while and the label disintegrated off the bottle and so I cannot remember what it was.
Tank and inhabitants details in signature.
Tank has 2 x T5 bulbs that are about 6 months old with reflectors on both.
No CO2 - I do have a DIY kit I could use but I don't use it properly (don't regularly refill it and so it's not consistent for the tank) so I don't want to rely on this.
I have added the ferts I have (previously recommended on a forum) every 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer if I'm honest)
I have added a Tiger Lotus plant today but the rest are detailed in my signature. My LFS stock EasyLife and I wasn't sure if this was a good buy (they're well respected in the region winning LFS awards from PFK for the past 4 years). I could ask them given they know the water quality down here but thought I would make some enquiries.
Many thanks!!

Easy Life Profito is a popular fertiliser. I use it along with Easycarbo and my plants are doing fine, but my tank is modestly planted at best. Richard is the resident plant expert and swears that it usually isn't necessary to add ferts and CO2 if the tank is adequately stocked, but I developed algae issues when I stopped so I went back to using the fertiliser and carbon.
Given the reputation of your LFS I'd ask one of the staff members what they thought, they may have a resident plant enthusiast!
