Anubias help

Hi,
So I've got a small tank with a handful of neons in I also have a big tank with silver dollars, severums, clown loaches, albino corys and rams.

I had Anubias in my big tank but the Dollars attacked it so I moved it to my small tank with the hope that it would recover and grow. But nothing is happening no new leaf growth, no shoots, no new growth at all . I was wondering am I supposed to cut or trim off the dead and damaged bits?
thanks in advance.

How long have you given it? I'd cut off the dead bits and leave the rest to help the photosynthesis.

Hi ColinB
its been in there about a 3 weeks now I think it might actually have grown a bit as now have a tip of a leaf sticking out the water.
Think I will give the dead looking bits a trim though. Is it best to chop or snap as the base is a bit like a rhubarb or celery plant which you pull bits off rather than trim.

I always trim.... but I've never tried the snapping method.
