It looks to me like one of the many colour morphs of the three spot gourami, Trichopodus trichopteris. Possibly the gold variety as the photo does have a sort of yellowish hue. A lot of the colour morphs don't have any spots.
It is one of the most aggressive gouramis; some have been known to attack all tank mates. Grows to about 5 inches/12.5 cm. Needs a tank at least 90 x 30 x 30 cm, and will live in a wide range of water parameters (ie hardness, ph)
