They look like silver tip tetras to me. Very nice fish, but can be a little nippy in smaller numbers.

You only have to fill in the boxes the first couple of times then you don't have to do it again.

Just to add that the boxes are to deter automated spammers. Once you have posted a few times, you won't get the boxes. You can see from my post count that it is quite a long time since I had to fill in the boxes; I've forgotten just how many posts you need
