i added them on satarday and they already growing , i have ordered some beta g for them after reading it in a post here, i am only asking because i am sure one has molted already if so is it best to leave this in the tank or to remove it.

It depends on how near to moulting they were when you got them. They could moult straight away, or in a few weeks time.

Some shrimp will eat the moulted skin, others won't. If it's still there in a day or two, remove it then.

I had problems with keeping shrimp alive. Natalia thought it could be a shrimp-specific bacterium in my tank. Although there are chemicals you can use to kill the bug, she felt using beta-g to help boost the shrimps' immune system was a better way to go. I lost all the adults and juveniles I bought from 3 different shops, but the last berried female gave birth in my quarantine tank and a lot of those have survived. And had more babies. I do find the odd dead shrimp every now and then, but nothing like the way they died off after purchase. They all died with white lines across their backs, a sign of a failed moult. The bug stops them moulting properly. If yours are successfully moulting, that's good.

they are fairly large so deafantly not babies does there molt look exactly like a normal shrimp just a bit whiter , i am assuming its a molt and not a dead shrimp purely on the fact that its a bit bigger than any of my shrimp  and there's no black markings on it.

Shrimp moults are hollow, though they do look like dead shrimps in the tank. Lift it out and squeeze it, you'll find out if it's hollow. And whenever my shrimps have died, they've gone the same pink colour as cooked shrimps.

I found my first shrimp moult yesterday. Thought it was a dead one at first,  but its the same, hollow and white! We've had our shrimp since january and not seen any until now so I'm assuming they've eaten them before!

I siphoned mine out yesterday because they hadn't been eaten and then found another one!! Wondering if its because I've put a piece of bogwood in and they all have taken to using the underneath as their cave :)
