hi there,

It's pretty hard to tell from the photo but lumps on fins can be indicative of cauliflower disease or possibly whitespot.  what colour is the growth, how big and what shape is it?? How long has the fish had it and how long have you owned her?? do any other fish show similar signs???

sorry for all the questions but the more you tell us the more likely we can work out what it might be.

Our super star Sue will probably respond with some excellent advice but in the mean time, I'll try to help you where I can.  If you can get a clearer photo it may also be useful.

It is quite difficult to make out properly in the photo, but lumps on fins are often a parasite.

As Fishcake says, if you could get a clearer photo of it, that would help. I do realise some fish just won't sit still, though  :-\
