Hi, not sure if my fish has an issue or not, can anyone identify the issue on my fish please?

Looks like a louse to me... th a a Google and see if that feels right...

I've not experienced them myself so can't offer much advice I'm afraid, I've had good results and heard of good result with many of eSHA's products and eSHA alx is the one you would need from their range.
