Cloudy tank water after adding treatment

I put an Interpet mouth rot treatment and some Aquilibrium in my tank on Tuesday evening.  Since Thursday night my water has gone very cloudy!  Bacteria?  Algae?

I can't change the water while the treatment is ongoing, so will it harm the fish til I can do a big water change on Tuesday?

It could be either.

Personally I would do a water change, a fairly big one, then add enough mouth rot treatment to replace the amount in the water you take out. So if you do a 50% water change add half a dose of the mouthrot med.
Don't bother with the aqualibrium. It is mainly salt, and salt is only useful for treating whitespot and mitigating the effect of nitrite during cycling.

You also need to keep an eye on your ammonia and nitrite levels in case the treatment affects the filter bacteria.

If the Interpet treatment doesn't work, run carbon in the filter for at least 24 hours then try Myxazin by Waterlife or eSHa 2000.
And make sure your tank is kept very clean as infections are mostly usually caused by poor water conditions, or keeping soft water fish in hard water and vice versa (which stresses the fish so they get sick easier)

Thanks, Sue.  I'll do a big water change and add more treatment.  I've no more Aqualibrium anyway.
