Hi Derek

With livebearer fry, and molly fry being the biggest of the common livebearers, you don't actually need any special food. They will do quite well with crushed flakes.  Just crumble flakes so that the particles are around the same size as the mouths of the fry.

If you are using Liquifry, one tip I discovered is that if you put the drops straight into the tank they just fall to the bottom in a clump. I found the easiest way to use them is to scoop a bit of tank water into a small tub, add the liquifry drops to that, swirl it up to disperse the liquifry then pour into the tank. You won't need to use this for more than a week, then move onto crushed flake.

If you can find frozen cyclops, that is a good size for slightly older livebearer fry - and the neons will like it too. Just thaw a corner of a cube. Or frozen baby brine shrimp (not full size brine shrimp).

The fry can go in with the other fish once they are big enough to avoid being eaten my the mother.

Just one query - how hard is your water? Neons like soft acid water, mollies need hard alkaline water. One of them is not going to be happy.
