Title: Feeding Hillstream loach and Danios
Post by: Colinjb on February 23, 2016, 12:18:50 PM
I have a 60litre tank with internal filtration which houses 4 zebra Danios and 4 pearl danios. I have just added a Hillstream loach and am having trouble getting the algae wafers to it as the danios get there first. The tank has a fairly high flow rate and good aeration and is mainly furnished with pebbles and gravel and some Vallis for plants. Any tricks/ideas would be much appreciated.

You could turn the filter off at feeding time and feed them simultaneously at different ends of the tank. Its something we do with the tank in my sons room as the barbs and loaches are fast feeders and the puffers and bumbles take a rather more sedate approach.
