Is the file size greater than 2MB? If its a photo you might have to reduce the size first!! Plenty of small free apps which will do this if you need, try Reduce Photo Size.

Thanks Matt. It was too big. Simply cropping the photo did the trick.

I had to resize some photos I posted this afternoon. I usually crop photos of fish so they are small enough but my uncropped photos are always too big  :)

I’m getting the below error message

An Error Has Occurred!
BDE4502F-6641-4CE9-99F9-C7C26B18C481.jpeg.
You cannot upload that type of file. The only allowed extensions are doc,gif,jpg,mpg,pdf,png,txt,zip,html,htm.

I’m trying to attach photos from my iPhone. I even tried picking the smallest photo size so it’s only a ~60kb and still get the message. Thanks.

Do you know what type of file your photos are?
 
I use a digital SLR camera and when I download them to my laptop they are jpg files, but I have no idea what phone cameras do.

The system does not allow .jpeg and you will need to convert it to .jpg
