Cardinal Tetra's Too Small?

Anyone keep Cardinal Tetra's? I have 25 which are healthy but not growing much. I got 20 Rummy nose tetra's after the Cardinals but they are now twice the size of the Cardinals! I thought they should be about the samecsize.

I'm worried they are not getting enough to eat. I think that the problem is more to do with the fact they are beaten to the food by the Dwarf Rainbows, Harlequins and Rummies rather than the type of food.

I have a few Cardinals and Rummy noses which I inherited with second hand tanks. They are about the same size. You need to spend time watching them feeding to see if they get enough. I reckon many people are so terrified of overfeeding that they underfeed, often very badly. There are many stunted fish out there because of this. Cardinals are often nervous of feeding from the top. I generally feed my tetras by getting a good pinch of flake and holding it under water in the filter flow so that it sinks and is rapidly dispersed around the tank, giving everybody time to get some.
