Shrimp Shelters Hidey Holes

I am looking for suggestions for a shrimp shelter or hidey hole type of thing, but i really want it to be natural or natural looking. I have seen them pipe type things' but do shrimps actually use them ? at the moment they are all or most of them are under my driftwood.

I need another kind of shelter or something because sooner or later my tangerine tigers will be growing bigger. I am going to set up a shrimp tank after xmas & hopefully breed cherrys & tangerine tigers' & then transfer them to the big tank when they are big enough not to get in my filter.

A Selection of Fish in my Fish Community Creator Tanks
Cherry Barb (6) - Neon Tetra (7) - Harlequin Rasbora (11) - Honey Gourami (2) - Guppy (male) (3) - Otocinclus (5) - Japonica Shrimp (8) -
Note: The user may not necessarily own these fish, these are tanks that they may be building or researching for stocking purposes

My shrimp do use the pipes, but then so do the smaller fish.
If you want it to look more natural you could always use plant glue to attach moss, then just remove the lot to trim the moss occasionally.
You could also just pile up wood/logs/stones to made lots of hidey holes, which the shrimp will also enjoy, or a heavily planted tank will also provide lots of places for shrimp.
