I am dosing with liquid CO2 booster but was wondering, is it better to dose in the morning or in the evening?

The supplements you are using are not liquid CO2, they are Carbonates. Plants need carbon when they are photosynthesing, ie the lights are on. With that in mind, I would try and dose early in the lighting cycle. Although I can't see it being of too much importance.
